I was born in Houston, Texas but spent my childhood growing up in Montana. I moved to Granbury from Montana 28 years ago. I have my Property and Casualty, and life and Health insurance licenses, own a business here in Granbury that my oldest daughter manages and now yet another adventure as a real estate agent. I have 3 beautiful children and a new grandson that are my life.

Texas born and raised…a transplant to Granbury from the DFW-Mid Cities area in ’88, Annette started her real estate career in ’90. She has had a fascination with homes since young adulthood when she used to draw out floorplans of her dream home on graph paper. At the time Annette had horses which factored into her ideal property. That, and many other things, have changed over the years, including the real estate business. There was no internet when she began her real estate journey, at least not as it is known today, and mobile phones were car phones and quite large, not pocket-sized computers such as we have now. The properties for sale were listed in a spiral binder, updated weekly and distributed to the members of local board of Realtors. The real estate business is constantly evolving therefore requiring REALTORS® to evolve as well, but there are some things which just don’t change…serving her clients well. Annette treats her clients the way she would want her family treated. Annette wants her clients to feel comfortable with her knowing she has years of experience, knowledge and expertise. She is down to earth and hopes her clients feel comfortable enough to be up front and honest with her. REALTOR® and clients will spend a lot of time together so it is imperative there is a high level of comfort on both sides. Many clients have worked with Annette for years before purchasing a home and have naturally developed close relationships and she is proud to say many clients are repeat customers. Brandon Knieper, son of owner Pam Knieper, grew up in Granbury and attended Granbury High School. Brandon graduated from Granbury in 2003 and attended Texas Christian University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Communications. After TCU, Brandon went on to develop, produce, and film several feature films including “They Came to Play”, a documentary about the Van Cliburn Piano Competition that won the Fort Lauderdale Film Festival. Brandon’s contacts are spread all over the world and have allowed him the chance to develop his skills and perfect his art of the camera. After working on many film projects Brandon joined the Knieper Team to head up and revolutionize the Advertising Department at Knieper Realty. Brandon is a licensed drone Pilot and handles all the Knieper Team photography, aerial photography, and advertising design, and he has helped change the perception of advertising in Real Estate. He has become one of the Knieper Team’s buyer’s agents, in addition to his work as the Advertising Director. Brandon has been a REALTOR® for a decade, and continues to work had for his buyers to find the perfect place. He is knowledgeable about not just Granbury, but Fort Worth, Aledo, Weatherford, and all the places in between. No matter what you are looking for, Brandon can help you find it. Brandon was married to his longtime sweetheart, Kayla, in 2013. In April of 2018, they welcomed their first child, the newest generation of the Knieper Team, Stella Ryan Knieper and in May of 2020 they welcomed a baby boy name Shepherd Colby Knieper. Brandon, Kayla, Stella, Shep and their dog, Holliday, recently built a new home and are enjoying this new chapter in their lives. While Brandon works in Granbury, he still spends much of his time in Fort Worth, a town he fell in love with during college. Brandon is and will continue to be a valuable member of the Knieper Team and is a testament to the ole saying “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.”

I grew up in Colorado but moved to Granbury in 1987.I truly fell in love with Granbury the moment that I saw this little town, and it really was just a little town the first time I saw it. I raised my daughter here, Granbury is the perfect place to raise a family and my daughter thrived in the schools and she had a special place in her heart for theatre. My daughter Graduated in 2009 from Granbury High School. I received my Real Estate License in 1997. I love my Real Estate career and think it has been amazing to watch all of the changes that have happened to Granbury over the last few years. The secret is out about this incredible town. Granbury is growing by leaps and bounds. Once you come and spend some time here you will understand quickly what all the fuss is about. Elaine was born and raised in Illinois, but got to Texas as quickly as she could, spending most of her adult life in the Ft. Worth area. After a long career in the travel industry, both as a United Airline flight attendant and a travel agent, agency manager, she made the change to real estate in 1993. The experiences she brought with her from the travel business include, most importantly, customer service, but also the ability to find answers to many questions. No one knows all the answers, but Elaine knows where to find them. Elaine and her attorney husband, Terry, started out as weekend homeowners on Lake Granbury. After a couple years of extended weekends that became longer and more frequent, they decided it was time to move out of the "concrete jungle" and find a full-time home on the lake. They brought a preteen daughter with them who has since graduated from GHS, and they have never looked back. Elaine knows the lake from one end to the other and would love to show it to you. Originally from Louisiana, Mike now considers himself a Texan after living here for more than 28 years. In 1991, his wife, Pam, and he, and their 2 children moved to Ft. Worth for Mike to further his education, receiving his Masters and Doctorate from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. During that time, he pastored a church for 17 years. Pam and Mike left Ft. Worth to serve overseas with the International Mission Board in Serbia for a year and a half upon his retirement from Normandale Baptist Church . After returning to the states, Mike had the privilege of joining the Knieper Team to work alongside his sister, Knieper Realty’s owner and broker, Pam Knieper. Whitney Knieper, daughter of owner / broker Pam Knieper, is a Broker Associate and the office & contract manager within Knieper Realty. The team looks to her as a source of real estate knowledge, and she prides herself in being in the know about new contracts, changes to forms, and changes in rules and regulations, as well as the ins and out of Texas real estate contracts.
Since becoming a member of the Granbury Association of Realtors many years ago, Whitney has become highly involved within the association. Whitney is the 2023 President of the association and the 2022 President-Elect. She was a Director on the Board of Directors from 2019-2021. She was voted Realtor® of the Year 2022 and has won the Granbury Association of Realtors® Most Spirited Award (2018) and Volunteer of the Year Award (2021).
During the last several years, Whitney has been an integral part of several committees within the association. She has been the chairperson of the Public Relations Committee, the Membership Committee, MLS Committee, TREPAC Committee, and Special Events Committee. During her tenure as chair of the PR Committee, Whitney spearheaded the “GoLOCAL” Campaign to encourage and support the use local Realtors® and affiliates within Hood and Somervell Counties. The Campaign was a blasted to the community via print and online media, showing the benefits of using someone local due to the uniqueness of our great community.
Whitney has sat on the GAR Finance Committee for 5+ years, the PR Committee for 6+ years, the membership Committee for 5+ years, Special Events Committee for 5+ years, and Governmental Affairs Committee for 4+ years. During her time as President-Elect (2022) and President (2023), she will serve on all the committees in addition to those she will be the chairperson for.
A graduate of Granbury High School. Whitney attended Texas Christian University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Communications degree from the Schieffer School of Journalism in advertising and public relations with a minor in business.
At TCU she was involved in many clubs and organizations. She was a founding member of the Zeta Chi chapter of Gamma Phi Beta sorority, a member of the Women's Intercollegiate Lacrosse Team, The Real Estate Club, TCU CEO, PRSSA, AD Club, Connections, and much more.
