Bentwater is a community and/or subdivision located on the east side of Lake Granbury (Fort Worth side) north of US 377 about seven miles from downtown Granbury. The community has residential lots, community areas, community boat ramp, community marina, several ponds, and scenic cliff views. The residential lots include waterfront, waterview, and scenic view properties. Private boatdocks are permissible on waterfront properties.
